Woman killed in Virginia Beach auto accident

According to Richmond Times-Dispatch, a 68-year-old woman died in a Virginia Beach auto accident on Monday night.

The woman was driving her car on Princess Anne Road when she hit a parked car and then drove into a building on Oakmears Crescent.

The woman was not wearing her seatbelt and died at the scene of the Virginia Beach car accident shortly after it occurred.

No money awarded in Virginia wrongful death suit

According to the Free Lance-Star, the beneficiaries of the Virginia wrongful death suit were not awarded any money by the county employees.

The Virginia wrongful death suit was filed for an 82-year-old woman who was killed by three pit bulls in March 2005. A neighbor who owned the pit bulls was sentenced for three years in prison for involuntary manslaughter charges.

The Virginia wrongful death suit was filed against four animal control officers for gross negligence for not removing the pit bulls when they were called prior to the accident.

Lawsuit filed for Virginia Beach auto accident

According to the Virginian-Pilot, a lawsuit was filed against the estate of the driver who caused a Virginia auto accident last November.

The 18-year-old driver was driving his Volkswagon with two teenage passengers when his car drove across the center line and crashed into a van.

All three teenagers were killed in the Virginia Beach auto accident and the driver of the van was seriously injured.

The driver of the van is suing for $1 million and the families of the two teenage passengers are suing for $2 million against the estate of the teenage driver who caused the Virginia Beach car accident.

Mother filed Virginia wrongful death suit

According to WVEC, a mother filed a $5 million Virginia wrongful death suit against Correct Care Solutions.

Her 20-year-old son died at Norfolk City Jail last March. It is stated in the Virginia wrongful death suit that he complained of bleeding in his mouth and nose.

The lawyer who is handling the Virginia wrongful death suit said the son requested medical attention, but never received any attention, although a nurse did state he needed to see a doctor.
