Officers indicted after Norfolk auto accident

Two officers were indicted on involuntary manslaughter charges after a Norfolk auto accident that resulted in the death of a bicyclist, according to dailypress.com.

Their patrol car struck a man on a bike in the Norfolk auto accident. Both officers have been placed on administrative duty since the Norfolk auto accident.
