Possible Virginia wrongful death victim dies on the job

A city worker may be considered a Virginia wrongful death victim after he lost his life on the job, the Claims Journal reports.

The man was operating a recycling truck before he became a possible Virginia wrongful death victim and died from lack of oxygen and blunt force abdominal trauma.

The man’s body was found in the back of the truck.
