The Richmond Times-Dispatch reported that a one-year-old girl has died who was pulled from a day care center pool last week. This Virginia Beach wrongful death happened after she fell into a pool at a home day care on Oct. 24.
The woman running the day care pulled her from the water and the young girl was revived by CPR given by a police sergeant then taken to a hospital. The little girl passed away at 1:39 a.m. Tuesday.
