A fatal Virginia auto accident involving a bicyclist and a garbage truck driver resulted in the driver being sentenced to 31 months in prison, according to wtop.com.
The man driving the truck wan an illegal immigrant who had re-entered the country after being removed for a felony charge.
The man was riding in the bike lane when the illegal immigrant struck the bicyclists in the Virginia auto accident.
