A city worker may be considered a Virginia wrongful death victim after he lost his life on the job, the Claims Journal reports.
The man was operating a recycling truck before he became a possible Virginia wrongful death victim and died from lack of oxygen and blunt force abdominal trauma.
The man’s body was found in the back of the truck.
Do you think the government is responsible for making sure all city workers are safe when performing their jobs? What could it do to keep employees safer?
